We ship small items using Australia Post at the following rates for regular delivery: 

Standard shipping is $10.00.

Express shipping is available upon request (we will need to be emailed directly or DM'd about this). 

We ship larger items via courier with Sendle. 

Delivery estimates provided by Australia Post are an estimate only and vary depending on destination location. For regular delivery Australia Post estimates 2 days for metro NSW, 3-5 days for country NSW, 3-6 days for states outside NSW in metro areas and variable delivery times for country areas outside NSW. For express delivery the estimate is next day delivery, however, this does exclude some locations so please see Australia Post website for accurate delivery estimates for your location. 


To honour the time taken, effort involved and resources used to make our handcrafted pieces and source our homewares, we do not accept returns or exchanges. 

In the unfortunate event that you receive your item and it is not fit for purpose, you may be eligible for a faulty item return. If this does occur, you'll be required to send photo evidence of the issue to us directly at hello@flynnhome.com.au. If the item is able to be deemed faulty by us from the evidence provided via email, you will need to return the item to us. Once the item has been received by us, we will issue a full refund for the item. If photo evidence is unable to be provided via email for any reason, in order to evaluate the item we will need to have the item physically returned to us. If we find the item not to be faulty, all shipping costs will be at the cost of the consumer if they would like the item returned to them.
