Caring for your boards will see them last a lifetime.
When you invest in one of our chopping or server boards you receive a care card and on it, we recommend the following steps to ensure your piece is beautifully preserved.
For servers and boards:
- Wash board in warm soapy water on both sides every time to avoid warping
- Dry standing upright so both sides dry thoroughly
- Remove stains with a cut of lemon and a sprinkle of salt
- Every two months or so, oil your board with food-grade mineral oil
